Felicity Sissener

Co-Founder & Managing Director

With a career spanning over 25 years in digital & omni-channel marketing transformation, Felicity Sissener has a track record of marrying disruptive branding, marketing, and eCommerce efforts to deliver significant bottom-line results. Felicity has served in several Chief Digital Officer roles and consulted for industry leaders in the private equity space focusing on DTC M&A transaction advisory services, marketing and technology strategy. She has successfully launched and scaled DTC ecosystems driving long-term sustainable growth for high performing global retail brands, start-ups and complex turnarounds. As a corporate executive, Felicity’s track record in digital value creation is impressive and proven with multiple successful Private Equity backed turnarounds and exits. Felicity has led global e-commerce and digital marketing divisions in beauty and personal care across the prestige, therapeutics, and aesthetics categories. She has also developed Digital Centers of Excellence across B2C/B2B brand portfolios, led global digital transformations for high-growth consumer brands, and directed high growth brand and digital marketing strategies for private and publicly held luxury retailers. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from Wellesley College.

 

Raymond Mendoza

Raymond is a visionary eCommerce technology executive, growth creator and digital transformation leader. Throughout his 15+ year digital career, Raymond has guided Private Equity backed omni-channel and DTC brands through digital transformation with a hands on, growth focused approach to building and relaunching eCommerce frameworks with cutting-edge technologies, driving conversion optimization, and improving merchandising and back-end operations to fuel dramatic revenue growth. Raymond deeply values the importance of the digital product user experience to supercharge marketing initiatives, enhance customer experience and engagement and unlock revenue growth. His recent experience including evaluating, designing and implementing 360 mid-market and enterprise eCommerce solutions such as Shopify, Shopify Plus, Headless Architecture, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, Custom and Open Source Solutions. Raymond has extensive expertise in third-party Martech application selection and implementation in areas such as customer loyalty, personalization, analytics, data enablement, and payment processing. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from The University of Arizona.
